I'm sure you 've heard the expression "we are what we eat".
For every need our skin has there is a fruit or vegetable to fill that need.
- wrinkles : grapes, berries
- redness : cucumbers
- acne : tomatoes (red and orange fruits are the best)
- dry skin : avocados, olive oil, watermelon
- brown spots : pomegranates, dark chocolate, brocolli
- whitening for the teeth : strawberries
- hair : red grapes, avocados, nuts
Of course water is an every day need! Also 6 to 8 hours of good sleep every day to help our body rest and rejuvenate our nervous system.
We should not forget that our beauty begins within us.
