  •  Also try to freeze just the juice of watermelon and every time you use the ice cubes let them melt in your drinks and enjoy!

 When I have summer parties at my home I serve watermelon daiquiris .
Easy to make them Just add  In your blender  pieces of watermelon ,some brown sugar, ice,  gin and blend them.

Special healthy Greek Salad

    Last night our dinner was only a Greek Salad!
    Just a Salad? Yes just a Salad!!!
    You know that Greek Salad is a complete healthy meal.

 Ingredients :
  • Feta cheese : proteins and calcium
  • tomatoes, onions,cucumber, caper , carrots: fibers, antioxidants and vitamins
  • olives and olive oil : good fats
  • traditional wholegrain rusks : fibers
           Greek Salad is light and cool  for those hot summer nights.                                                  
            And for dessert cool watermelon!



Later we watched Olympic Games and
I was waiting for the final of  100meters, 
    it was late 23:50 local time Athens 
 (Bolt was one more time amazing)!


Delicious....
I love the colour of watermelon...

Eat for your skin

I'm sure you 've heard the expression "we are what we eat".
For every  need  our skin has there is a fruit or vegetable to fill that need.















  • wrinkles       : grapes, berries
  • redness        : cucumbers
  • acne             : tomatoes (red and orange fruits are the best)
  • dry skin        : avocados, olive oil, watermelon
  • brown spots  : pomegranates, dark chocolate, brocolli
  • whitening for the teeth : strawberries
  • hair               : red grapes, avocados, nuts





Of course water is an every day need!  Also 6 to 8 hours of good sleep every day to help our body rest and rejuvenate our nervous system.
We should not forget that our beauty begins within us.
